Construction Manager – Logistics Facilities Construction
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Construction Manager to lead site construction activities for logistics and industrial facilities in Jeddah. The ideal candidate should have strong GCC construction experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, distribution centres, industrial facilities, or similar fast-track projects. Airport-related project experience will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site operations and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.
- Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, suppliers, and consultants to maintain progress and resolve construction issues.
- Monitor construction programme, manpower, materials, equipment, and site logistics.
- Ensure quality standards, drawings, specifications, method statements, and HSE requirements are properly followed.
- Support the Project Manager in planning, progress reporting, procurement coordination, and risk management.
- Lead site coordination meetings and ensure timely completion of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.
- Support testing, commissioning, snagging, handover, and project close-out activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10–15 years’ construction experience, including GCC project delivery.
- Proven experience in logistics, industrial, warehouse, or large-scale facility construction.
- Strong leadership, site management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics, HSE, quality control, and project delivery.
- Airport project experience is an added advantage.
