Project Manager – Logistics Facilities Construction
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Project Manager to lead the construction delivery of logistics and industrial facilities in Jeddah. The ideal candidate should have strong construction management experience in the GCC region, with previous exposure to logistics, warehousing, distribution centres, or similar fast-track facilities. Airport-related project experience will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle from mobilisation to handover, ensuring delivery in line with programme, budget, quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with the client, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and monitor project programmes, progress reports, procurement schedules, manpower plans, and site logistics.
- Lead site activities, resolve construction issues, and ensure works are completed to the required standards.
- Manage risks, variations, claims, delays, and commercial matters in coordination with the commercial team.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, authority regulations, and company procedures.
- Drive timely completion, testing, commissioning, handover, and project close-out.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10–15 years’ construction experience, including GCC project delivery.
- Proven experience in logistics, industrial, warehouse, or large-scale facility construction.
- Strong leadership, planning, communication, and contractual management skills.
- Experience in airport-related facilities is an added advantage.
