Commercial Manager – Logistics Facilities Construction
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Commercial Manager to support the delivery of logistics and industrial facilities in Jeddah. The ideal candidate should have strong commercial and contractual experience in construction projects within the GCC region, preferably involving logistics, warehousing, distribution centres, industrial facilities, or similar fast-track developments. Airport-related project experience will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all commercial and contractual matters from project commencement to final account.
- Prepare, review, and manage subcontract agreements, payment applications, variations, claims, and cost reports.
- Monitor project cost, budget performance, cash flow, procurement commitments, and commercial risks.
- Support the project team in contract administration, notices, delay matters, and entitlement assessments.
- Coordinate with the client, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on all commercial issues.
- Lead the preparation and negotiation of variations, claims, settlements, and final accounts.
- Ensure commercial compliance with contract requirements, company procedures, and project reporting standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10–15 years’ commercial experience in construction, including GCC project delivery.
- Proven experience in logistics, industrial, warehouse, or large-scale facility projects.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, procurement, variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Excellent negotiation, reporting, communication, and leadership skills.
- Airport project experience is an added advantage.
