HSE Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
HSE Manager to lead and manage all HSE aspects of a specific project from inception to completion. Ensure the safe and environmentally sound execution of all project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project-specific HSE plans and procedures
- Conduct pre-start-up safety reviews (PSSRs) and hazard assessments.
- Monitor and supervise all HSE activities on site, including daily safety inspections.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
- Conduct HSE training and toolbox talks for project personnel.
- Prepare and submit HSE reports and documentation
- Liaise with the Regional HSE Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Nationality: Saudi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, GradIOSH/CMIOSH, ASP/CSP) are preferred.
- Minimum 10 – 15 years of experience in HSE roles within the construction or related industry.
- Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
