Production Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Scheduling: Develop production plans, set schedules, and allocate labor and resources.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality standards, ensuring products meet specifications.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage production staff, fostering efficiency and development.
- Resource Management: Oversee procurement of materials, maintenance of equipment, and budget adherence.
- Process Improvement: Identify issues, implement new methods, and drive efficiency and productivity.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Collaboration: Work with sales, engineering, finance, and other teams to align production with business objectives.
Qualifications
- +10 years’ experience of Joinery industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of joinery operations, machines, materials, and quality standards.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, technical drawings, coordination, reporting and fabrication processes.
- Analytical, critical thinking and problems solving skills.
- Experience with CAD software and other design tools preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and collaboration skills.
