Liam Kenrick-Bailey is an Associate Commercial Director with 20 years of experience across the UK and Middle East construction sectors. He specializes in commercial leadership, contract management, procurement strategy and high-value project delivery across retail, fit-out, refurbishment, new build, mixed-use and high-specification developments.
Prior to joining Absal Paul Contracting, Liam held senior commercial leadership roles within leading UK and GCC construction organizations, overseeing commercial operations across project portfolios exceeding SAR 1.4 billion. His experience includes commercial governance, risk management, claims management, financial oversight and leading multidisciplinary commercial teams across complex construction environments.
Liam has expertise across FIDIC, JCT and NEC forms of contract and is currently completing a Master of Science in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution. He is recognized for his commercially strategic approach, stakeholder management capabilities and strong track record in leading commercial teams and supporting the successful delivery of complex and fast-paced construction and development programs throughout the UK and GCC markets.
