TNT Distribution Centre

Located on a 10,000m2 plot in the new Cargo Village at King Fahd International Airport Dammam this Airside / Landside Distribution Centre was procured as a Design Build Contract with completion and handover being achieved within 8 months of contract signature. The project entailed the construction of 4400m2 of fully serviced distribution space divided to support the Customs Authorities and TNT Operations along with 800m2 of mezzanine floor offices to accommodate TNT Customer Service, Customs and other Airport Security Authorities. Works included substructure, PEB Frame, M.E.P. inclusive of MV Electrical installation, Architectural Finishes and all associated external works
