SATS Main Cargo & Common Transit Terminals

Construction of new main cargo and common transit terminals to facilitate SATS new cargo handling and logistics business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.  The main cargo terminal contained a fully fitted out administration area, customs bonded areas, cold storage facilities and an automated material handling system.  The facility was constructed in the new Cargo Village area of King Fahad International Airport Dammam.

• 3500 m2 of cold storage (chilled and frozen)
• Extensive fire compartmentation using fire curtains and mechanical smoke exhaust system
• Bespoke façade system to front of building
